Physicochemical Treatment

The physicochemical system can handle 16 categories of wastes in the national hazardous waste list, including HW07, HW09, HW16, HW17, HW20, HW21, HW25, HW26, HW31, HW32, HW33, HW34, HW35, HW37, HW47, HW49, mainly including waste acid, waste alkali, waste liquid containing heavy metals, organic wastewater, waste liquid containing cyanide, etc. The treatment process mainly includes: acid-base neutralization, oxidation, reduction, flocculation sedimentation, metal precipitation, evaporation concentration and solid-liquid separation. After treatment, the waste liquid meets the requirements of Class I pollutant index limit in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996) and is discharged into the wastewater treatment station for further treatment; The sewage treatment station is mainly used to treat the domestic sewage, production process wastewater and initial rainwater of the whole plant. The treated water quality meets the requirements of the Class III standard limit in Table 4 of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996) and the design inlet water quality standard of Niejiatan Sewage Treatment Plant. The filter mud generated from physical and chemical treatment and sewage treatment is sent to the incineration workshop for incineration or solidification stabilization workshop for solidification.
